The continued pursuit of knowledge is a noble effort, with an emphasis on effort. It takes time, hard work and a curious mind. When looking at the most successful athletes in the world the common trait you will find is their ability to focus on self above all else. These athletes and their dogged pursuits are endlessly celebrated in the media and by politicians, elevating it a matter of national pride. Why do we not do the same for those who show the same commitment to knowledge? Those without the multi-million dollar endorsement deals, who push themselves, wake up early, train, fail, train harder… It’s those stories we are looking to bring into the spotlight with this spot. We want to focus on learners, and the time and sacrifices they put into their life-long pursuit of eduction.
