NORAH JONES: I Dream of Christmas
Grammy Award winner Norah Jones has done a lot in her career. The one thing that was missing, was a Christmas Album. Released in 2021, this album of standards and original material hit the store shelves, and streaming services. In a year dominated by “bad news stories”, the record label was looking to promote the album to an audience desperate to get back to some normalcy around the holiday. Working with the production company Set or Sail, I came up with the concept that aimed to capture the feelings around the holiday vs the reality of the holidays, and how we can love them both in equal amounts. This is a tale of a mother, her loud (but loving) family and she, like us all, could use a little “Jolly Jones” to get through the festive season.
I pulled triple duty on this spot acting as Writer, Director and Editor.
