Unbreakables tells the story of Tobin Creswell, a young man with cancer who decided to not let the diagnosis define him. When doctors told him it was terminal, he decided to not turn inward, but instead, do something that would benefit others long after he was gone. This documentary, was created as a pilot of sorts, for a series that would tell the lives of extraordinary people. We travelled to Houston Texas to speak to Tobin’s family and friends, in what would turn out to be a trip full of sadness, and hope. We went there to tell the story of this amazing young man, but soon realized that it was his mother Darcy, who became the symbol of an unbreakable spirit. A woman who lost everything, except the will to further her son’s legacy.
